Our mind and body are more closely inter-related than we imagined. When one feels bad, the other is affected. When we're sick, our overall mood is sad and depressed. Vice versa also applies.

Studies have shown that by drinking water and giving your body enough liquid can help you lose weight and even maintain a clear mind. Stay hydrated with low-calorie drinks.
